SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that the lead times posted on our website are our processing times and shipping times differ and are additional. 

All sake topper orders are processed within 2 business days and all sign orders are processed within 5 business days. If there is likely to be a processing time delay due to a high volume of orders this will be communicated on our website. If there is likely to be a shipping delay due to our carriers having a high volume of packages we will do our best to communicate this on our website too. 

We offer FREE standard shipping (3-4 business days) on all orders, and express shipping (Next Day Delivery) for $5.00. We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 to Australia. For shipping to other countries please email us at info@customcaketoppers.co.nz.

If you need urgent same day or weekend delivery please email us at info@customcaketoppers.co.nz and ask about our team delivery. This service is currently only available in Auckland.

We offer pick up from Hobsonville, Auckland. Please select "PICK UP" at checkout for this option. Once your order is ready a member of our team will email you with pick up instructions. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. To check on the status of your delivery please use the link in that email.

Custom Cake Toppers is not liable for any delays or losses caused by our shipping providers however will do all we reasonably can to rectify any issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Custom Cake Toppers complies with all requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We will offer a replacement on faulty products. We do not offer a refund on custom products for change of mind so please choose your products carefully. We do not offer a refund on custom products when the details (e.g. names) entered are incorrect or spelt incorrectly; we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
